WHERE AND WHEN

Both Coach Steve’s SUMMER OF FUN and Rookie Camp are situated at the Brentwood Science Magnet School, which is located on San Vicente Blvd. between Bundy Drive and Gretna Green Way. Camp dates are June 23rd - August 22nd.

Please note that camp will be CLOSED on Friday, July 4th!

EARLY BIRD ENROLLMENT
Registration application and FULL PAYMENT by April 21st will qualify for Early Bird Enrollment SAVINGS!! If you register your child AFTER April 21st regular prices will apply.

ENROLLMENT POLICIES
A $250 deposit per child is required with the application. Tuition balance is due June 1st (April 21st for Early Bird Enrollment). Enrollment is taken on a first come, first served basis. You will receive confirmation by e-mail when your child is enrolled. If we are unable to fulfill your enrollment requirements, you will likewise be notified. Your child will be placed on a waiting list if there are no openings for your desired dates and if space does not become available, your deposit will be refunded.

FAMILY DISCOUNTS
Additional children in the same family receive a 5% discount. Discount is offered on the smallest enrollment and tuition is not discounted for the first camper in the family

SCHEDULE CHANGES, ABSENCES AND MAKE-UP DAYS
We recognize that for many families scheduling summer activities has become a puzzle with many intricate interlocking pieces. Please know that we continue to be committed to helping you find the solution that works for you. If you want to change or add days just go to the website, log in and edit your account. If you would like us to do it, that's fine. Please give us at least 24 hours notice.

FOR LAST MINUTE CHANGES AND ABSENCES WE ASK THAT YOU CALL OR EMAIL US NO LATER THAN 9 A.M. OF THE DAY IN QUESTION.

Flexibility has always been our middle name.  But courtesy is a two-way street.  IF YOU DON’T CONTACT US BY 9 A.M. PLEASE REALIZE THAT WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE A MAKE-UP OR ISSUE A CREDIT/REFUND.


REFUND POLICY
Prior to June 1st all fees are refundable. After June 1st and before the first day of camp, all fees will be refunded minus the $250.00 Per Child Deposit. After the start of camp, given adequate notice, we will work with you to come up with a fair and equitable resolution. With no notice, there’s nothing we can do.

T-SHIRTS
Each child receives one complimentary camp shirt. Extra shirts can be purchased for $10. It is recommended that camp shirts be worn daily.

REFRESHMENTS
Campers will be encouraged to keep hydrated by drinking plenty of water which will be provided throughout the day. Afternoon snacks will also be provided for campers.

LUNCH
This summer we will be offering our popular hot lunch plan again…but with a twist. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, hot lunch will be FREE!!. Tuesday and Friday we will be offering our resoundingly popular Barbecue - Tuesdays will feature Chicken Nuggets and Fries. Fridays we'll be cooking up Burgers, Hot Dogs and Fries. For our barbecue days, a mere $5 fee will be assessed. As of now our menu will look like this:

Monday and Thursday: Pizza
Wednesday: Quiznos
Tuesday: Barbecue - Chicken Nuggets and Fries
Friday: Barbecue - Hamburgers, Hot Dogs and Fries


DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP
For SUMMER OF FUN and ROOKIE CAMP campers should be dropped off at the Brentwood Science Magnet School entrance on Gretna Green between Montana and San Vicente. Your child must be properly signed into and signed out of camp each day. Children will only be released to those persons pre-authorized on the registration form unless we have received written instructions to do otherwise.

HEALTH FORMS
A health form can be downloaded from this site. It must be completed and signed by your doctor prior to your camper’s first day of camp.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Coast Sports, LLC is not responsible for articles lost or stolen at camp…though a Lost and Found box is available for daily foraging.
